A MOTORIST who punched the nose of a lorry driver whose vehicle was parked too close to his was jailed for two weeks on Monday.
Tan Chon High, 45, who is self-employed, was also banned from driving all vehicles for six months.
He admitted hitting Mr Koh Sek Meng, 65, at the carpark at Block 348 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 on April 3.
The court heard that when Tan returned to his car, he saw the victim's vehicle was parked very close to him.
He also noticed a slight scratch and dent on the rear right door of his car.
He confronted the victim about the damage done to his vehicle before driving off.
if he's FT, he will be acquitted.
