  Ho Wui Ming, 20, Tang Jia Min, 21, and Chen Wei Zhen, 19, were charged in court today with the murder of Republic Polytechnic student Darren Ng. They allegedly committed the offence with 18-year-old Edward Tay Wei Loong.

  Tay is currently in intensive care after injuring himself while trying to get away from the police.

  From what I've read of their blogs, these kids must be the type who would probably give up even if they're not totally at fault...I may be wrong..

  Depends on many possible points.

  1) Intention (out to kill or incited or planned or never planned)

  2) Souce of a choppers (length of a chopper)

  3) Where choppers from (buy or brought from home)

  4) The arguement between the 2 gangs.

  5) The way and force of the slash.

   

  That will determine whether the 4 fellas deserve to die.

  Likely that 20 yr old will have highly change to get hang.

  For the rest, probably 18yr imprisement and max cane.

  even with witness .. they wont know the real reason why the incident happened .. most of them only saw running and stabbing

  They grab the knife with intention to kill the victim...if found to be truth, then highly some will get hang. Especially the older they are.

  the key word here is most becoz thats when the fight really happened...
  confrontation is another thing...

  being a confrontation, naturally they must've been talking/shouting loud enough for at least a few ppl to have heard it...

  I don't want jail sentence for them because I think imprisonment is not as efficient as 18 years daily caning.

  Let them go home to their parents at least but cane them daily for 18 years instead of imprisoning them.

  Let them make themselves useful for their society and earn money to feed their families.

  But CANE THEM DAILY FOR 18 YEARS.
