Teen slashed to death at Downtown East

simple if you feel threaten or intimidated, call teh police, go station make a report and followup from there to see if you can make a caase settle in court. else children cannot choose their parents or how they look so if some have the kwailan look and stare cannot be heloped. however, under no circumstances hsould anyone take the law in their own hands and past the verdict or execution on their own. only the law rightfully can do that.
no matter what the 3 shouldl be hanged, and those acting like hooligans at dareen demised funeral police should issue a warning to them, media should take legal actions against he. so what next tie got people die furneral media cannot go film lah?!?

The media should leave the family alone especially during the funeral.
What happened are expected from any family or friends and it was blown out of proportion due the nature of the case.
The least they want is more media and unnecessary attention.

come on of course when people trethen me i call the police lah. usually i act havor when the situation and conditions allow. at least time for me to press the 999 on th handphone. you must do it. when the buttons pressed they run like hell already. its people like you that make the ahbeng and seng activities thrive instead of reporting the police and make a case. its simple. get the someone to meetyou and then get the police down meanwhile. like that no need any help from your so-called gangs. and if you dare now give me that peerson who threaten you ad your gangs. i will call the police and get tthem all rounded up for good. that is if you dare now. -

i repeat myself again.(1) media has the right to flim from a distance away.
(2) unless the direct relatives or parents of the demised asked for the friends to keep the media at bay then they can do it.
(3) they are just friends so if they take the 'law' in their own hands the media can sue them for their obstruction
(4) the friends if feel not appropriate should call the plice come down and make case for the media if they feel the media actions are inappropriate. The friends cannot stop and use mild force to stop the media as shown in those video clips. shouting at people even if you are angry or sad or acting or trouble the receiver still can sue you and make a case out of it/
(5) see how their friends dressing and behaviour and the way they handle situation? if it just some acqutamce or so called 'close;' friends then if darrens family haven't wake up they should see the light that the friends are the major causes for his death.
(6) i say again the friends who wre with darren when the attack happed whre are they now? were they also at the funeral? if so why they ran and never come back and help pull darren out of the mess back then? fear right, peopple got 10 knives right?

The media have no reason or value to be present at the scene of the funeral as there is no news value unless you are some VIP.
So, it is not a case of right.
It is easy to comment that the friends are the cause of some one death when some fight happened.
Put yourself in their shoe, would you stay behind to be chopped or would you run for your life ?
No one in his sane mind would stay behind.

Fifth youth charged with Downtown East murder

Sixteen-year-old student Louis Tong Qing Yao is accused of being part of an unlawful assembly that attacked and killed 19-year-old Republic Polytechnic student Darren Ng Wei Jie between 5.30pm and 6pm on October 30.
Darren, who was reportedly hacked with choppers, died in Changi General Hospital about five hours later.
Tong also faces at least three other charges of acting on behalf of an unlicensed moneylender.
Tong and three other alleged accomplices including full-time national serviceman Chen Wei Zhen and private student Ho Wui Ming will be back in court on Tuesday.
The court heard on Wednesday that another of their alleged accomplices, 18-year-old Edward Tay Wei Loong, is still in hospital.
The unemployed teenager was warded after hurting his head while trying to get away from the police.
Tay's case will be mentioned again in court on November 24.
If convicted of murder, the five young men will face the death penalty.

369 gang ambushed at downtown east is to attack the åŒ—æµ·å ‚ gang bbq there and not darren's 凤凰山 gang.
darren gang confront 369 gang why are they in their territory and did not know that 369 are already armed and prepared for a fight. Due to some argument the fight broke out and tragic happened. Police still under investigation. -
