Molester jailed one more year

A MAN currently serving sentence for molesting a 15-year-old girl and slashing a 23-year-old woman was given another 12 months' jail for having sex with a minor.

District Judge May Mesenas ordered Christopher Neo Yong Heng's sentence to run after he completes his 41/2-year and 12-stroke sentence meted out in June for two offences.

The 23-year-old had molested a 15-year-old girl in August last year after he came to know her through social networking website Friendster. He had armed himself with a knife when he met her on their first date.

While out on bail, he slashed a Chinese national at void deck in Jalan Rumah Tinggi while she was surfing the Internet on Nov 1.

In the latest case, the court heard that the victim, then a 13-year-old student, was introduced to Neo by her friend in February last year.

They chatted through an online instant messaging service for a few days before they met. He took her home from the Tampines MRT station in March (09) and had sex with her despite her protests.

A second similar charge was taken into consideration.

i believe they use this sentence instead of the phrase 'rape' because. the girl did not actually disallow the pig to penetrate her. i believe she has doubts after that and after some friends or family members persuasion she then cll polis. so when people review the case its not rape actually since the gal mayb persuaded into having sex with the pig. i think this sentence passed on the pig having sex with an underage, not raping an underage. thus the lighter sentence.

i think for repeat rape offenders they should be casterated. if no death or life imprisonment sentence.

crazy guy.. totally unrepentant. when he's released he'll continue to be a threat to females. should just lock him up for good.
