N.Korea embassy MPV hits car

A VEHICLE bearing diplomatic plates and the North Korean flag was seen hitting a parked car in Geylang early yesterday morning and driving off without stopping.
The police said they are investigating the incident.
At about 1am, the silver Toyota multi-purpose vehicle turned into Geylang Lorong 21 and hit a car parked along the right side of the narrow lane.
The driver in the embassy car drove off immediately without getting out.
There was no one in the parked Nissan at the time and police say no one was injured in the incident.
The Nissan belongs to a 49-year-old man who was using the restroom at a nearby coffee shop.

Embassy to help in probe
THE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has contacted the Embassy of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) following a traffic incident involving one of the embassy's cars on Thursday.
'The DPRK Ambassador has assured us that the embassy respected Singapore's laws and would extend its full cooperation with the authorities in resolving the issue,' said a spokesman for MFA.
In the early hours of Thursday morning, a car bearing diplomatic plates and the North Korean flag hit a parked car along Geylang Lorong 21.
The silver Toyota multi-purpose vehicle from the embassy subsequently reversed and drove off. There was only a driver in the car.
It is understood that Mr Paek Yong Jin, third secretary of the North Korean embassy, is assisting the police with statements. Police said that investigations are still ongoing and no one has been arrested.
The car that was hit, a black Nissan Cefiro, belonged to 49-year-old Toh Lai Heng, who had parked it along the right lane of the narrow road to use the restroom at a nearby 24-hour coffee shop.

Sign......what is going to happen is that they will ask the lower rank officer to take the blame.. either take the blame be a hero or go back to labor camp..........There are 7 million royal service men willing to die for the Kim.......
