Apparently as usual, MIW wanted GLCs to be sponserĀ - it backfired.
1 example: NTUC Fairprice. It couldn't become a sponser because of Coca Cola's status as IOC's official worldwide beverage partner.
Even F&N think lugi, since they divorced w/ Coca Cola, 100Plus & Ice Mountain couldn't be offical drinks for YOG. Lost publicity for our local drinks.

I think since IOC has its offical partners, sponsership has alrdy its own obstacles.
