Vietnamese engineer on molest trial

AN INFORMATION technology engineer is now in court for attempting to outrage the modesty of a doctor.
Pham Thai Ha, 30, is accused of holding her shoulders and trying to kiss her while being treated for a rash on a finger in June last year. He is also alleged to have used criminal force on her by holding her left hand and pulling her towards him during the same consultation.
The Vietnamese national and Singapore permanent resident is denying both charges. The court has ordered that the identity of the doctor not be revealed. On the first day of the trial on Tuesday, a district court heard that Pham, then working for StarHub, came to the clinic at 2.40pm on June 6 last year. She was the only doctor at the clinic then.
Testifying, the doctor said that after she had prescribed antibiotic cream for the rash on Pham's finger, he complained about a rash on his buttocks. She told him to remove his clothes for an examination but found no rash.
The doctor alleged that he had an erection and it was then he reached for her left hand and tried to tug it towards him. She said she pulled away and told him to dress while she went to her table to write the case notes.
After putting on his clothes, he went behind her, put his hands on her shoulders, leaned down and said that he liked her very much. He then tried to kiss her, she said. Pham is represented by lawyer P.E. Ashokan. The trial is set for three days.

the viets are mainly poorly educated and dunno much english but they go into company politics all the time like being the boss pet etc.given a job they stand around n scratch head.i dun talk to them cuz i dun like most of their ways and thoughts.too much politics in dindaeng land....they are like kids to me....only thing they earn big bucks in oz.... more than 2 engineers salary in spore per viet guy werkin in oz.
the guys drive very big muscle cars but they werk like a dog for it in oz.....but aussies werk asians n viets even though the viets are their pets...so whats the point of company politics.:)sure most are armed with daggers,,,,wellthey arent that dangerous to me maybe because they looklike any sporean guy on the street.one of them i could swore looklike my uncle even?!!!only 30 years younger!
going to sleep sounds like a wise decision.they dun roar around the streets..only at werk n at supermarkets.their kids run around yelling in vietnamese on streets from time to time.

it in starhub??dun they have indian engineers???why the viet engineer???im not in telecom software trade.why get software engineers from vietnam...if that were to be the case they might as well get even cheaper engineers from laos who is a it engineer.spore isnt advanced anymore as it needs software engineers from vietnam whichh is untested n undeveloped.
not my job and problem.but its starhubsjob and spores problem now..im no longer in spore now .

Such cases are hard to prove in court as the doctor got no evidence or eye witness to help her..
