So 1 suicide in one life time will lead to 9 suicide in subsequent life without reason... hhmmm...
hm.....than are you saying that the subsequent 9 suicide will lead to 81 new suicide?
Can't help but feeling sad & a loss for the answers of this double tragedy.
RIP for the couple.
There's still a lot of misconception and stories about life after death. It's not true that a person who committed suicide will end up definitely going through suicide for subsequent lives.
It's true that in the Spiritual Realm, suicide as a way to prematurely end a precious life is looked upon very unfavourably. Reason is everyone's life is interconnected with many other people's lives. Everyone has a role to play in each other's life journey, in order to learn life lessons. When you commit suicide, many other people's life lessons in their life journeys are disrupted, and massive re-planning needs to be carried out.
Basically, one suicide causes a huge mess of people's lives. It also means that the person who committed suicide is still very lacking in strength to face his/her life lessons, so similar/more difficult life lessons will be planned in subsequent lives to help him/her learn.
BUT, it does not necessarily mean the person will end up committing suicide x no. of times in future. If he/she were to commit suicide again in future lives, it's only because he/she has again failed to learn how to deal with Life, so may have to repeat the lesson.
Actually, such repeating of life lessons in a person's lives is not just limited to suicide. It applies to basically all of a person's required life lessons. As long as a person cannot learn an important life lesson in a life, the lesson will be repeated in another life, although the actual specifics and circumstances of it may change. That's the reason why many people get stuck in endless cycles of rebirths and reincarnations.

i feel sorry and sad for her, her family, relatives and friends.
R.I.P.
Sad and condolences.
Just want to say some of the posts and comments are uncalled for.
Imagine this happen within your family, so do refrain from posting disrespectful stuff.
Very sad, suppose to spend the next half of the life with her husband, but did not even get to live a single moment in marital bliss.
Rest in peace.
Suicide is always wrong. It does not solve the problem.
I wonder if the family members has send her to counseling....its obviously a very depressed person.
A social Taboo that Singaporean are not open to discuss "going to counseling"
and of course our police cannot solved the case. That said the case of Hotel security.

That's a major problem with Asian societies -- too face-conscious. Many prefer to deny there's a problem, and try all ways to to hide/suppress it, instead of solving the problem, when it's still possible. Only when major or irreversible damage has been done, then do people regret.
Death is still a very taboo issue in many societies, as many people fear it deep down inside, despite what they say in front of others. If everyone understands what really happens in Life after Death, we'll all be able to lead happier and more fulfilling lives, and be more compassionate folks.
It's definitely very sad for this young couple to end their lives this way. Feeling sad for them is natural. Beyond saying that it's a very sad incident, has anyone tried to help the widow when she was still alive? Is anyone helping others in similar situations who are still alive but suffering in silence?

this woman is very 痴情.
though deceased the man was very lucky to have a wife like her.
that's how it is with the ST. It has been like that for many years....they don't publish what they are not comfortable with. If it can be covered up, it shall be. In fact, many of us have forgotten about this case until the wife's suicide.
There must have been some cover up.

Why don't you just continue whining about rising bus fares instead? I mean, nobody really gives half a damn about what you say either way.

I think you should get a life and stop being a loser trying to stalk people online and stalking a guy too.

Her husband died mysteriously on Nov 3 last year. In 1992, Nov 4 in the same hotel a young woman was killed when a porche driven by a valet went out of control and run over her.

Hope no one try to mimick the suicide. Sometimes one ppl die many ppl go follow and suicide.
ST does not report supernatural stuff.
