4 youths arrested for suspected robbery & assault

SINGAPORE: Police have arrested four youths aged between 15 and
19-years-old in connection with a robbery on Thursday last week.
They're suspected of robbing a 25-year-old woman of her handbag,
containing valuables amounting to S$100 as she was walking along the
pathway near Blk 318 Sengkang East Way on June 24 at about 12.05 am.
They also allegedly assaulted her.
Police arrested the first suspect on June 29 in the vicinity of Blk 642
Rowell Road.
Through follow up investigations, the other three suspected accomplices
were arrested at Stirling, Tampines and Jurong Estates later that same
day.
All four suspects will be charged in Court on Wednesday for robbery with
hurt.
The offence carries a maximum of 20 years imprisonment and at least 12
strokes of the cane. - CNA/vm

Why nowadays robbers so cheapo one...
That day got one group go around chopping and slashing get $400 only, and were later sentenced to death.
Now over $100 need one whole group snatch also! =X
