MRT is to blamed for not evaluating security consequence to the public.
Our police watch too much movies forgot that explosive can also be found under the train not just in the passenger cabin.

what the security gurad s doing?
i know of companies who hire what as security you know? not anyone trained from security agencies but those arh nehs direct from foreign countries! its like using wolf to guard a sheep's den! worse when i first visit that company the guards also appear like don;t know anything at all! that company also wanted to implement thunmbprint time clocking what lau eh i cannot imagine having my thiumbprint impression ever in softcopr archive in ttheir computer systems! it coul be used by theo foreign nationals to commit crimes under my identity!

those are MRT attendents and staff, not security. for deport areas i know its either those agencies that uses lots of foreign labors also. like i wrote using wolves to gaurd a farm of sheeps. -

Those fingerprint punch card already defeated in China, they have finger rubber slips where you can make a copy of your fingerprint and pass it over to your friend just in case you are late.

Look at the guy's graffiti, has some standard, not the scribbling and porn you see inside mrt station toilets. as for how sg law going to deal with the guy i don;t give a damn. lesson learn since no one's hurt is that there is a serious security flaw.
really are we only good and stopping a photographer from taking photos ouside an area not declared as the property or letting a normal person stealthy and artistic enough to sneak into protected restricted areas and left a work of art to be parade and capture over at utube?
unless the guy was csught immediate after the act otherwise to mask his identity with gloves, face mask and disposing off all the cloths he wore on that night to prevent fabric ID by burning is very easy.

its the security systems that has been breached. those mrt staff you mentioned operates at the station, not depot got it? i bet the security guards at depot must also be foreigners, so its like hiring wolf to protect sheeps. well in this situation its hiring swine (sleeping) toprotect sheeps. -

Graffiti-painter to be charged
SINGAPORE - SINGAPORE police said Friday they would file criminal charges against a Swiss man who broke into a subway depot and spray-painted graffiti on a train, offences punishable by jail and caning.
The 33-year-old, whose name was withheld until his court appearance on Saturday, is to be charged with committing trespass and vandalism between May 16 and 17, the Singapore Police Force said in a statement.
He was arrested about a week after the incident. -- AFP

Just read today's news.
Apparently the time lapse between the spraying of graffiti and the filing of the police report was..... 48 hours.
WTF 48 hours..... are we supposed to believe that for 48 hours, SMRT didn't notice anything out of the ordinary, like a train sitting in the depot with some really huge graffiti?
