The worst to dealt with in term of business is none other than TD......
Why? want food cheap cheap, parking cheap cheap......and than sit long long, talk loud loud.......occupy few tables........anyhow smoke, anyhow litter........
This is the feedback from a lot of famous coffee shop in Sg.......
TS really want to do TD business?......

Some carpark in those famous coffee shop because of taxi uncle, become cashcard entry, but still swamp with taxi uncle.......

If you open a cafe, actually you should work on the niche of TDs, we can also bring customers to your cafe then get free coffee or food coupons, I use to get tourist asking me, where to find nice local food in singapore, the usual one is bak kut teh, chicken rice lor, the usual places, but if you, as a formerly TD, tap on the fleet of 20++thousand of taxis on the road...wow! huat liao

Drive taxis mah, so gum gum reach a nice kopitiam, can take a break, take lor, sure to choose on by the roadside, easy parking or we also do not mind a 50 cents parking for half hour break..tear coupon damn troublesome, sometime tear wrongly, knn

Ok.....I agree if for awareness.......
But TS offer discounted rate for TD with menus somemore......indirectly he want TD business......
He don't mind TD came in big group.........

Firstly, sorry, it's not halal.
Secondly, we listen and understand your concerns. We see so many promotions nowadays for students, mothers, fathers and whatnot, but how often do we actually see taxi driver promotions? We just feel that Taxi Drivers should be treated with slightly more respect and appreciation that's all. Maybe it's because of all the news about increasing taxi rental, Taxi Drivers getting beaten up, complaints about taxi drivers' road habits, that we would like to empathize with taxi drivers.
Thirdly, good for business or not, we're not too sure. But food good everybody happy can already lah. =D
Just hope our little gesture will be of any form of slightest appreciation to all of you.

would be great if you display your menu here if possible. not necessary we tds always choing for offer. good food with reasonable pricing sometime is also a factor why? cos we believe treating ourselves/stomache with somethin good

Just for the sake of TCSS,
To attract TDs, yes, I agreed with Angwk that taste is important, because we go around taste lot of foods and our mouth of words can really spread like fire.
On the other hand, you might want to try a few dish name after taxis companies or authorities which may entease TD like our chief to eat at your place
Dishes name like Chicken Cdg chop with song tham. TC in deep soup (tomyam kai thick soup). Thai LTA kway teow with mu (pork kway teow), CMI Magentis thai dessert (Cannot Make IT Magentis)...and so on.
So kind of like those who want to chop cdg..

In Singapore , some coffeeshops , without taxi drivers patronsied , they early early close shop liao .
I am saying those 24 hours type .

Like the one at Boon Lay , Power Nasi lemak .....
The owners and workers , they respected taxi drivers .
In fact they respected everyone that patronised them .
That's the correct attitude then we go makan one .
If one coffee shop kung TD lan chiao wei news up to Wan Bao ..... they very fast up lorry .

anyway it has been a tradition that want find good food must ask Taxi Driver one .

actually taxi driver business very easy to do one .
Money is never a problem .... a bit more if nice , reasonable .
First of all , most important , makan time LTA Enforcement dun come disturb , eat half way must fly to shift vehicle or run to avoid summons .
Yes parking must be convenient and safe .
Eat also must eat relax .
Like Lavender Food Sq .
I eat also can eat slowly .
Although i parking at double yellow line .

U see Boon Lay hawker centre ? Park so convenient , eat Nasi Lemak long Q ...... although got parking fee .
We happy to pay !!!
Pay a bit for parking fee , to eat nice food , pamper ourself , why not ?

Also Kallang Airport hawker centre .... got parking , nice food , everyday must wait for parking lot .

Unlike Joo Chiat area , lots of nice food .... but hard to find parking , in the end , lan pah on fire , dun eat .
