getting TDVL online?

HI bros and Siss,
wanted to ask on behalf of my friend who is keen to become a TD. but she face this problem of not able to speak much english and she cant really read english too. Is there any way to go around getting TDVL besides the standard road of taking the WPL test which she refuse to take as she cant answer a single question from it.
Are there any online or route you can go to obtain a TDVL? she is very experience and had drove for >20 years.

online course has stop, only classroom course by STA, CDG and SMRT

tell her find a job that dun need to talk much lah . . . she wasting her time take the course and in the end , face setbacks everyday cos singapore commuters all speak english. now ah tiong also speak english knowing you are a chinese . basic comunications skills must have lah . . . knn singapore still got people.dun speak english ? i only know coffee shops those china girls dun speak english . better take basic english course then come and tell us taking tvdl. gps , street directory all need english. singapore many foreigners , must speak some . tourists all speak english . tell her work in those not customer orientated line. like in kitchen , manufacture , packaging line . . bakery . . .

thanx bro for the honest yet true reply. I have also talk to her... she was from the baby boomer stage and she have not even went to primary school.. 50+ yo le.. I wanted to ask her to try other job. but i also dunno what to recommend her to try... she have leg problem cant walk/stand for long. cant hot and humid environment due to skin irritation. cant touch water for too long due to skin problem also... driver for company she cant carry and move things much... so driving skill is all she have left..
any suggestion? any is welcome...

mine no need what kelong lar . . . but some of my course mates , chinese speaking one , when test time , 30% answers either they get from instuctors , or from fellow.course mates knn . . . still can passed . That time Lee Kuan Yew still PM .

maybe i suggest ask your friend go CDAC for help, here there is nothing much to suggest. i personally think this would be a wise choice since she isn't much educated and have physical problem.

Your friend case very tough.
In Singapore, above 45 years old and no job, you are dead meat.
Dont talk about not educated and having medical problems.
Highly educated and no physical problem, also got problem finding a decent job.
In Singapore, when you reach 50, and you got no job,
You are a burden to society.
So sad.

Probably this is the only way out.

My right and left leg no problem.
Unlike Poolman, I enjoy driving Manual car too.
So my left leg cannot have problem.

From what I know she need to undergo a English course at e2i …if she can pass that she able to apply tvdl …if not wrong the course is about $20+ ,not very sure but need to go Enquirer...

Strictly speaking, even Hokkien helicopter can pass the TD course, my friend, a pakcik aged 56 also managed to pass recently, of course must repeat and repeat.
Sje will need to take each stage a few times, so that will be a long process, if she is determined, she can succeed.
However, you already mentioned a major problem, that in my view makes taxi driving a no no for her -leg problem. Got leg problem, tdriving isn't a very good idea. Her leg problems will become worse because of the long hours sitting down. Blood flow to the legs will decrease and in the long run her leg problems will become worse.
Short term driving is better, like what someone said, school bus or private ambulance. Even hearse, if she isn't so superstitious. Or become 'ahmad', got quite a number of companies that want only chinese speaking drivers for their boss, plus she's a woman, even better. For sure will be safety conscious, won't speed, or use the car for 'funny activities'.
