  It is better to remain neutral, especially so in such a harsh and fast society like singapore, too positive can lead you to other problem if thing do not work out, by being neutral, at least you can play around with positive and negative,

  In life, remember, alway give yourself options, and also Plan your move, just this BBQ, the organisers and helpers need to plan, big or small nevermind, if you do not plan, it is also plan, but plan to fail.

  Okay , so BBQ own time own target .....

  Looked like we shall invest on more BBQs , and count out Buffet which is least important now cos less children going , most adults .

  I previously organised a buffet because a bit of children going .... BBQ 7pm start , 5pm - 7pm scared they hungry , so now ...... let's start early .

  Like 6pm .

  CHICKEN WING   /   HOT DOG(chicken frank)   /    CHINESE SAUSAGE   /   STRING RAY   /   PRAWN  /     OTAH   /     SATAY(chicken/mutton)    /  FISH FILLET(salom)  /   MARSH MALLOW    /   GARLIC BREAD   /  SOTONG   /   SWEET POTATOES   / CORN

  Optional item

   mushroom  / ketupat / chicken boneless meat /  crayfish  / crab /  lampchop(will add if there is muslim)  /

  Andrew u decide on the light buffet , i dun know your budget , so difficult to arrange .

  Looking at those food preparations , a really simple one if need .

  Like Bee Hoon , Mee Goreng Fish balls , Poh Piah and some vegies .

  Last time i got it from Liang Buffet ..... not very impressive their food .
