It involve many ERP along the way .
If go by CTE > PIE > KpE > ECP , will kena one ERP at Jalan Bahagia , $1.50 .
If go by Beach Road ECP , will kena 2 ! One at Plaza Sing $1 , and the next one $2.30 at Ophir Road viaduct into ECP .
If go via Bukit Timah Rochor ( Newton Circus ) , jam , Ophir Road ERP $2.30 .

Of course , my choice will be Orchard Road > Bras Basah > Beach Road > ECP .
But must inform pax , along the way , ERP $1 and $2.30 .
Fastest , less traffic due to ERP .
Less one Loop at KPE .

I share one mistake i made
That was when KPE first opened .
CCK to Indoor Stadium .
I actually go by KJE > BKE > PIE .... nothing wrong .
Mistake was i made an exit into KPE .
I chose the direction into ECP .
The correct route is exit KPE , keep right go via Sim Way .
I go straight into tunnel ( thinking it will go out by Nicholl Highway ) .
It doesn't , it took me out into ECP Changi AP .
I had to make a turn back at Tanjong Katong , Manbatten , then Kampong Arang , Indoor Stadium .
Did i got butter ? No lah . . cos i ADMITTED my blunders , stopped the meter for good , stopped once at ECP .
Free for them all the way to Indoor Stadium .

so i learnt anything ?. . . obviously i learnt that from PIE , into KPE tunnel will never lead you into Nicholl Highway , but if u come from Sengkang , yes !
From there , i figured out how KPE is working .
Thanks to that pax , she paid me to learnt something valuable .
If not for that blunders , i guessed it'll take me longer to discover KPE .

Most time was paging jobs on talkies, haha..got once worst, pax going Sengkang, even forget to turn out PIE, straight to ECP....knn go inside KPE....pax ask me what happen to me? Than all the stories just whacked...

yes i learn my lesson yesterday one booking passenger say go Marine central by PIE_KPE_exit ECP,straight away i know!but when reach KPE saw one to ECP and ONE TPE,then suddenly ask passenger she say ECP!when to use this KPE_TPE?

When to useKPE/ TPE? when pax want to go up north lah, like barley, old airport, east sengkang, buangkok, punggol or east side hougang. I use barley highway often into tampines ave 10 , pasir ris and bedok north. KPE must know all the exit, from PIE thru KPE to ECP is only one way, no more exit.
If you really blur blur, got free time, spend a little of your fuel, go try it and see for yourself, then write i on a piece of paper all the exit and the road after the exit, stick it on your front or top shield, so anytime pax from central said, uncle, go IKea Tampines, you flip down take a look and you know where to exit.

Then when you had mastered KPE, take that paper and burnt it at some temple for blessing and good luck.
Our learning curve need to be organise, if you learn here abit, there abit, then alway end up forget or the usual, when pax scold then you realize, OOOHHhhh! I came here before lah, how come forget again.
So first is KPE and its exits, follow by after the exits where it goes, many exit wrongly, can end up in the wrong place, because of it underground nature, once exit, blur blur which turn, and yet, need to make fast decision, turn wrongly is ok, at least get fuck or scolded, but dun get into an accident!!
After you hv more or less mastered KPE, then go master other expressway, then go town by town, see maps, explore it, feel it and sense it, those town you know no need go and study, face the truth, it is alway those town that you blur blur and scare to learn or go in, end up you never want to go there even got lot of pax. End up alway circling around your favorite town or places but no pax. Give yourself more options but learning the hard and systematic way.
