Marine Parade is east leh....the direction you heading is to west side leh. And you pick pax from within CBD and out of CBD and enter CBD again at Havelock? SMLJ? Of course pax hot lah! KNN pay $3 CBD surcharge then kanna sightseeing then kanna another round $2 CBD? If I am the pax you more jia liat I tell you. Haizzzzzzz

So what's your intention? Take Havelock then Upp Pickering the Church Street then up ECP via Marina Boulevard? Havelock CBD $2 means 6:30-6:55pm. Wah!!! Jam all the way at Church Street leh.....and another $3 ERP on ECP if before 6:55pm or $2 before 7:00pm. So end up pax pay so much more and still jam all the way. You follow GPS?

If don't talk about route, judging by how foolish wrote, it's an honest mistake. So his issue is more of honest mistake but accused of being a crook, followed by insults and threats. Mistake everyone make la. I ever missed steven road but head to newton circus to bkt timah. I did ask for prefered route but ANG mo pax said whatever.
So when she made noise about me turning from newton, I replied, saying "whatever" voids you the right to biitch about the extra 10M long route. It's not like it's even going to reflect on the fare. And the speed I drive normally PAX comment my fare cheaper one. I told her she can pay the fare and get off now or I continue with the journey, if there's a specific route she like to take inform me and i will take. I did raise my voice at her, but I did recieve a tip from her, so I think my response wasn't too unreasonable.

At least your miss Steven Road not so bad cos it is going the same direction and never incur additional ERP charge. But what he did is going at total different direction. Pax want to go east and he do U-turn at Penang Lane into Clemenceau and that is going west. And somemore take pax from CBD collect $3 surcharge then GO OUT OF CBD and GO IN AGAIN!!! And to make matter worst heading into jam and Church Street then out ECP and PAY ANOTHER ERP. If you are the pax you hot or not?

Sometimes I also day dreaming, thinking about other things or talkie with kakis until miss a turn. Automatic I will offer discounts more then the extra amount for the time wasted to the pax. So far they are quite please with it and some will not even take discount from me if amount is not too huge like $1-2.

I guess to foolsh , there is only one way to ECP , that is from Marina Bay Sands side .
I am so sure now , he know from Orchard , if to go to Marina Parade , can use CTE > PIE > KpE > ECP .
Sorry to foolsh , dun ask and whack passengers , drive 3 months cannot do one . This type we called Kay Kiang .
Must have valid reasons to do so if u chose to go by Havelock then Pickering St then Finglayson Green then ECP , must have back up reason so that paxes happy .
Now pax not happy , just accept and dun take a single cent .
