when you are hirer, got relief how would you treat your relief?
$52 for 3am-3pm ( will you take if you are a relief)
when you are a relief your stand is different, when you start thinking to be a hirer, your stand(from a relief point of view) start to change which is now you are turning into a hirer position to be
Everyday I have to pump diesel for him together with mine, the way he calculate I sometimes loose money, morever, different driving style so mileage also different, day time a lot of traffic jam one.

Hi bro, you OMO which taxi company now?

nite shift (or rather split shift).. khoon is coming!
CDG have lot's of advance call around 4pm - 8pm.
I think, I might try out 2pm to 2am as OMO (Let out the car to relief from Sat 6am to Sun 6pm) first, if really cannot then find relief for 4am - 4pm or 5am - 5pm from Mon - Sun.
If really everything doesn't works, then I just return the taxi with 7 days notice (No contract).

khoon will know the difference i felt from omo to now having eric as relief.. i duno abt eric, but i am sure this is the rite move for both of us, hopefully he agrees to what i think.. it is realy a world of difference being omo and half shift, even thou i am driving the cheapest rental taxi.. style also change, but i think for the better.. my only stress thru out the day is only from 8am to 9.30am.. if i did well, basically, by 5pm i can actually close shop and earn the same as last time when i need to drive till 8pm.. furthermore, with 2 days off per week, i think that is more than enuf rest for me.. of cos, khoon is the one who pull the strings for both me and eric to work together and i really am grateful.. but i still need to say this to you although i know what is your decision for now.. that is, do consider a less stressful life being a td, that is, what you always believe, find a relief or be a relief.. 115 is really too much and really now worth it.. you and me not like hammer.. haha..
no need to say too much, just one word 'song'
No need to be hirer and OMO liao!
Found a new hirer with the off day and timing I want around my area. Saturday off and 5pm - 5am. Less than 1 year old car, some more have car camera.
Current hirer told he has been a hirer for the pass 20 yrs, but he is not able to dealt with out going relief gracefully, I'm glad that I leave him early.
Our agreement is that if I want to stop driving just give him 1 week notice, and I did this afternoon. When evening I went to collect the car, he asked me to return key immediately. What kind of practice is that? I have to give him 1 week notice, he not happy get back key without notice?
He rather be without relief for a week, need to work extra hrs just to cover rental, really nuts, such an old man still behaving like a young man in his 20's with revengeful thought but it only does him more harm than gain, why can't just end the partnership gracefully? For me stop for a week and relax is not a problem, just watch more TV proggramme and go shopping.
He kept asking why want to terminate the partnership, I told him truthfully it's about off day and shift timing request which he rejected with sacarstic comments about my family members. He told me if I stay with him, he could make the changes according to my request, but everything are too late, I do not want to have partnership with such person without minimum respect for individual.
Reasons why I want to stop being his relief:
1) Take advance call he say I cheapskate, knn it's all because he sometimes could not handover car on time.
2) Cannot take pax from sea side like east coast, because a lot of sands, wtf? Since when I didn't clean up?
3) Late in handing car oftenly with lot's of crap reasons.
4) Have to pump diesel for him, and lugi $x most times.
5) He is rude in conversations and like to cannon with commanding tone, ccb, I'm not his employee.
6) Ask a lot of personal queations, wtf have to do with him? He really think he is my uncle, knn.
He was treating me like his employee, forgetting that I pay rental everyday for the usauge of the taxi, I'm in fact his customer, wanted to tell him smlj many times, but see him old man already, give him some due respect, anyway, there's one thing I learned, in future, if not happy just throw key, no need to endure all those shit, night relief is not that difficult to find hirer, bye bye, no more thoughts of being OMO/Hirer.
I have been thinking it over and over again...... as a night driver, by not picking up pax at those drinking places really handicaped me in terms of income.
Was a Bartender/Bar Supervisor for 6 yrs in pubs, discos, and night clubs before turning into a Salesman and gradually became a District Manager managing 12 outlets. Where have my night skills gone to? Should relook into my past experience.
Scared, scare lan ah..... the older I becomes, my balls becomes smaller, maybe should grow them back again........

Already very fast for my own standard, really do not want to match other drivers' speed like 140km/hr on highway.
Originally posted by ALws Tired:Bro sotong, how much ur hirer charge u for diesel?
I have observed that 1 litre of diesel can only travel 9.5km to 9.7km at most days. Day shift somemore have more traffic jam. He wants me to pump for him together at the end of my shift, paying me 1 litre for every 10km.

slow n steady can also win the race bro~~~~
Hi bros, last Saturday I took a call from Jalan Lempeng (Near Clementi MRT) going to Club Street, I lost my way and drop pax at Redhill to take another taxi, fare was about $20, I waved it off totally, but he still make lot's of sacarstic comments. As I already waved off the fare, if he complain to CDG, will I get warning?
