of course smooth , diesel has got different grades .u try caltex , ur merc can fly . And less smokes . Caltex diesels got add some kind of "detergent" . . . like those advertisement , not as thorough as petrol , but there is differences .

Oil price down also not happy, oil price up, kpkb..haiz.Nevertheless, oil price down, but powersupply bill, airline fares, transportation fares and many other things that work on the basis of oil price hike increment, have never went down.
If all these are to go down, then cost of living will be lower for us, foods and other essential items, which are in the chain of economy, will cost less, but the farking govt never work in that way, oil price goes up, they up all the costs to take profit, when oil price goes down, they do the profiteering at its very best from it.
By and large, you alway hear, Oh, powersupply bill went up cos oil price went up and so on, but went oil price fall, nothing goes down.
As for TD, oil price decrease, fares still the same, what you can do is do more sweeping, less Q up and work toward your own advantage in oil price decreasing, not many can gain from oil price down other than the govt, business people and transportation like airline and TD, as a worker or company line manager, you lost out if oil price is down, because you still Pay n pay for taxi fare, airline fuel taxation and so on.

Singapore economy is not as bad we thought, the disadvantage is that we are resourceless in term of nature given foods and materials.
We are still being noted as the best place to live in by most countries' expatriates, the best infrastructure and financial services. That is why at time, you get 6 out of 10 foreigner taking your cab, car is expensive, drink driving is now heavily deal with, and more young expatriates coming in. All this should be able to sustain TD earning power for a time to come, however, if there is an increase of fleets or that the rules of the hirers and reliefs changed, then we might be competing with each other more fiercely.
Today the economy for most countries are not so good, but Singapore still stand out as a force to be reckon with, due to our strong pro activieness, funds and dollars, coupled with peace and harmony industrial, others are flocking in to try to be a part of it. But due to overly supply, the govt face a force from Singaporeans to review so as to lower or stop foreign immgration policy, and that is why PM LLL said, we might have to forgo economy in exchange for a more peaceful society base on people.
And because of current Europe crisis and football, together with end of the month syndrome, you might be getting less pax on the road, but not to worry, next month, with bonuses and paid highly increased, you will see paxs more happier and also taking more cab. As cabby, we must alway be happy go luck, like bro komade use to say, zhi zhu cham ler, be contend and happy.

1st thing he ask what my cab starting price..
i said $3.9, wow he said so exp, i reply him u can sit behind one..
he get down mt cab and i continue playing my s3....

Once i got a call Under The Coconut tree , 3 expats insist this hotel is not inside cbd , one claimed he in Sgp 5 years , first time he was charge with $3 cbd surcharge .I print out the receipt : " Nvrmind , just pay , check with LTA , check wit taxi companies no use , or u know internet ? Check with one motoring.com website , and if u still not satisfy , ask LTA direct ."
"If it is found that i am overcharging you , i return this taxi fare to you , plus i will give you $50 as token ."

Same tricks,all these ang mohs staying here long like to use.Cos many newbies dont know just started fresh. So once try and effective and they will just keep trying again and again.
One nice ang moh got relate to me that recently that he has seen lots of tds that do not know the routes to his home. He estimate that 8 out of 10 didnt know where he stay.
And with most ang moh taking taxis on an average more than locals they are experience to know which td they can makan and which td they cannot makan...maybe sometimes miscue kenna Poolman than bopian lah

After using Shell diesel a few days, I find that it had better pick up, smooth engine, less black soot, less smell after pumping, more mileage. Anyone have the same comment with me ? Thk.

I told them when i used caltex. Kiosk diesel n taxi companies diesel different grade. . Some argue diesel is still diesel. . .
