today saw similar situation at AMK Ave 9 outside fire station.. the traffic light outside the fire station was turn on (red) for the ambulance to come out.... so all the vehicles stop at the traffic light... on the left lane, one bus have stopped for at least 5 sec but at the 2nd lane, a blue car driven by a lady just zoom pass (lots of vehicles also have stopped on the other side of road, including)... and the ambulance just want to turn out but lucky the driver did check and slow down even he have the right of way, or else, another accident...

insurance - will depend on whether the driver is drunk or not.. if drunk, insurance wont pay anything...... so in the end the victim's families have to sue the driver and get from his estate... .. now the main issue that ppl are debating is that why news report keep saying that the ferrai driver is a good person when he killed 2 innocents ppl...

for the notes to be scattered around her, she must be counting money at tt time during the ride or oredi holding her wallet and ready to pay (means reaching her desination real soon)
