Bro Poolman, anything pertaining to public transport is under LTA charges, what you had claimed is not what I had intended to say.
Even yellow top drivers also LL listen to LTA.....
We do things base on integrity of a proper taxi radio kiosk , not because of LTA , we do right things all the time , all for the customers and members , be fair to anyone involve .
LTA did not set any rules for radio taxis .
They do not have control over Lake View or any other stand .
U see the differences ?
We don't overcharge customers , if customers willing to offer a higher packages to get a cab urgently , we do not infringe any law set by Singapore .

If yellow top lan lan listen to LTA , u think LTA want to stop all taxi licenses for them ?
The only thing they can do to gain control over yellow cab taxis is to stop issuing them new licenses .
Because they lan lan cannot do anything except stop issuing new ones .

There is surely some black sheeps among members , we cannot protect them if they commit a taxi related "crime" , they will be charge accordingly to rules and regulations set by LTA .
If i page out a job from LV , standard booking $2.30 , mine instructions is standard $2.30 booking charge , if they charge $5 or $8 without our instruction , if pax complaint and got caught by LTA , we cannot help them .
Same like Limousoine , caller page out 45 points , pax complaint overcharge , Benz driver also will kena , regardless of license or no license , overcharge means LTA lim kopi .
We are license to support taxi companies in time when needed , base on standard value added charges , unless pax willing to offer more .
A company was continue because of non complaint and good service provided to the public .
Unless we swindle millions of dollars from anybody , then we will be in trouble .
Lake View are never a profitable business .
Members make profits , not the stand .
The cost of maintaining is high .
The only thing can kill us is not from LTA , rather by cost of living .

As I quote that example, reflex on some behavious of TU..Most Taxi Stand indeed is non-profitable organization. In other way, they still need to gather funds in order to operate the business, where's the source? need not mention here again.
The percentage of compaint from Taxi Stand is still very minimum, like what I had say, just need some stupid school high high idea, will turn the whole industries upside down.
As Bro BCL had mentioned, in taxi hierachy, who's the biggest fark?
We had the view as a whole and view as a layman, should be enough.
