Chief, this type of pax, you should be experience, like penjuru close warehouse logistic company alway get this type of advance call around 7pm, wanted at least 7 to 10 taxis, if you take it, what you should do is you go up only near the end of call time, by that time, left only 2 paxs, and the most 2 places nearby.
Knocking off time, most staff will want to go home first or get out of the company, so the first few will be 4 places, even 3 places also take in one more because you hv not appear yet, and when you arrived, still within the time, you get the most 2 destinations. Mostly nearby, as those staying far away would had taken the first few cabs

No leh chief, i took 2 singapore aunties to Bukit Batok st22 and ave 4 west once, I was relieving for blue, mine was the last 2 up, heng ah, no need to jam at clemeti, straight up ave 6, both 30++ only, lau chio lau chio, nice to talk with, they asked me for contact so that they can get me next time, I told them i only relief, got other jobs to do,Then they told me go BB good, got many paxs there, I told them, that is the worst place to get pax, transcab CNG station and blue diesel station there, after pumping, sure lots of taxi, before I get one, so many other would had taken it. Then they asked me, Uncle, what is your other job? I told them, partime driver for Singapore casket including disposal of dead body...then they diam diam all the way

But hor that time you say about driving casket van. Need to carry coffin or body? My friend keen but he scare carry body but dun mind carry casket.

Body from mortuary they usually use a stretcher and load to covered lorry.But have to transfer the body from mortuary table to stretcher la.
Body is covered in a white plastic bag except the head.
Anyway me not casket driver just happen to see them do when my mum passed away 2 years back

Carry body lah, carry coffin leave it to the funneral peoples, everyone got is own job, like TD, I take my pax and strategy, you take your own pax and strategy, we do not disturb each other, knn, you go carry coffin, then the parlour workers no job liao, If you include knocking nail and praying, then the monks and sai kong can go fly kite liao, knn, monks and sai kong driver jaguar and merc ok.My job is just driving, help assistant to carry death body from mortuary, sign and fark off, designation can be parlour, HDB void deck, private house, anywhere in singapore, then collection, usually in body in coffin, peoples will carry into the van, throw flowers or whatever.
Then for chinese one, got mobile escorts you to main road, relatives follow behind your van, you feel like president, 10 to 20km per hour only..then all the ching tong cheng until main road, after main road, no more escort, drive all the way to cemetry or cremate places like kong meng shan. Then download the coffin, the monks will take over, I ask the parlour leader to sign and fark off liao to the next job. Nabei, sometime 2 to 3 jobs very close, if got jam, knn, siao liao, office keep chasing where I am,...wha, better drive TD

Yes, you are right, all the old taxi stands group sure got silent killers standby.
But knn la, I told one of the boss before, TU pay you monthly sub and GST, so that you guys can go holiday every years. You think all the taxi companies or LTA stupid, let you hold the license so long or purposely hide destination so that pax can call your radio station?
The day will come, treat the taxi stand as a working stand, not play politic, because if one day, a stupid scholar came in LTA, seat in CEO position and decided to do away taxi stand, than you will see who had the last laugh.

LTA cannot do anything . . .They cannot revoke Lake View's license .
Cos we do not register with them .
We register as a Sole Proprietor Business .
Name of Proprietor can do any business .
They long time ago want to stop radio taxis , in the name of the law , they cannot do anything .
LTA want CDG to be King , that's all they want .
King of rubbish call centre yes .... quality calls pls refer to others .
Lake View boss pay taxes and paid yearly license fee to ACRA one .

Bro Poolman, anything pertaining to public transport is under LTA charges, what you had claimed is not what I had intended to say.
Even yellow top drivers also LL listen to LTA.....

And by not registering oneself to LTA mean no protection for any drivers related to traffic matter, is that what you mean?

They have the power to discontinue your business on public transport related matters, it's been happening, my friends.
If CDG? No! They can't do that, but just one click on their button by displaying destination is more than enough to kill all Taxi Stand Group, why? Why? Why? They never do that? Because Bo dai ji ma, somemore taxi stand help to clear their e voucher jobs...hahaha

Taxi stand group is very good, I never say see them no up, I got many kakis joining various groups also. But no matter what, taxi stand is way long behind history, some even older than CDG, but once the older batch of TU surrender their I/C and no successor taking over, slowly it will faded away...
Technology advancement, still use paper vouchers? Some taxi stands do have their regulars companies to support them, and same things happen also, just need to have some changes of manpower within the Department and it will gone like a wind, is happening, CDG don't even need to do undercutting business...

Every stands still need to be careful when operating taxi related business.
Complaint, overcharging, unreasonable behavious of TU is just part and parcel of Taxi industries.
Who's the regulator? None other than LTA. Some time ago, my friend due to greediness, by securing a 5.2 advance booking from a taxi stand, license was revoked by LTA.
Thinking nobody monitoring the whole system, he simply charge the pax a flat rate of 40 every time he bid the jobs from the taxi stand.
When company found out, tracing back, the call was despatch by taxi stand, and every stand, for recording purpose, normally will note down every job been despatch.
The issue get bigger cause money involve not small sum, LTA step in, investigate, found no fault from the taxi stand(they had to protect themselves than protecting the drivers), and my friend was charge for overcharging and result? No need me me to elaborate.
