Hmm... I am thinking this Welbeck seem to have better finishing than Rooney... Only Rooney's overall game is better lah... His speed, his vision, his aggression, his determination, his defensive qualities... But finishing, not that great leh recently...
Welbeck looks like a straightforward striker, good at shooting but not good at everything else... lol

you mean welbeck is more "Ian Rush" type??
Rooney is a more complete player, but given the many things he has to do, he can't be master of all.. well,I do expect him to perk up soon...

oh... does David Bellion rings a bell? He was supposed to be our version of "Henry". but seemingly, he is doing okay in the French League..
As per Walcott, SAF may be building Welbeck on the wings and then coming in as a forward later.
