Now lets get ready for Harry's Spurs...
seems like evans had a bad game?
Wah lucky thing no draw... So now the Wigan match on next Wed can go ahead... Had they draw, that match will have to be postpone again...
Anyone saw berba's reaction whenever nani lost the ball. si beh ho chio.
just my two cents.
I feel the young fletchings are still very very green. Like Gibson, and Possebon. The first few minutes when they are on the game were horrible, they keep losing the ball and Gibson was certainly trying his best to hit the stadium's ceiling.
Welbeck is pacy but that's all about it, he lacks the cutting edge, that United-worldclass-quality. In fact, he reminds me of a certain David Bellion.
Anderson is always trying to play safe and only later when MU has a one man advantage and a 2-0 lead that he tries to bring the ball forward. Maybe just following orders but too controlled that he is not playing his usual game at all.
Nani is a disappointment. Like what the commentators was saying, given his time in United, he has yet to show his class. For me, he is a bit too fragile. He can't handle himself physically and just drags the ball just a bit longer than necessary. It was the like the early days when Ronaldo was playing where you question, "is he crossing? or is he shooting?" and you pause, and he plays the cross and no-one there. He had so much of the ball, but if you were to gauge the end-product, it was shameful. I even hear that he may be shipping out end of season.
Johnny Evans was missing his usual composure. Many a times, he was shown lacking, and I just wonder, against a top level striker, he may be the weak link in the backline. Rio has to make a recovery faster..
Call me a Rooney-fan, but I felt his impact was the greatest. Once he is in the team, you can feel the energy and urgency. His running, passing, just a totally different class. btw, his assist to Gibson was superb.
Berba is excellent with his close touches, his thru-passes, the flicks but one small bone to pick, he just doesn't blast the ball whenever he has the chances. Instead, he will roll from one end to the next and pass it to another. Perhaps he wants to draw the defenders away and play someone else in. But occassionally, I wish he would just hammer it..
Given this was against a 10man team and ref was swaying United way, it was a below par performance. We simply had so much of the ball but was just not finishing it. Next is Harry's team.
Berbatov deserves the MOTM IMO!
He keeps trying to create. His moves are dam smooth. Fuck im starting to like him! (As a player, not gay)
the dunno wad singh said tat nani might be sold one day. i think so too.
