  Then MSN groups out liao. Not that user friendly. Probably try Bravenet or Lycos.
  
  Edit: IBM local directory as in? You can view the webpage on your computer offline? The icon is an IE icon? When right click, can open with Notepad?

  That one is localhost. Turns your own computer into a server. You can just write HTML codes and send to your team mates, they can open it. Just make sure it is save as .htm or .html

  hmm for me i used the webspace bought from my friend rather the free webhosts.

  I no money buy... so I used those. Very limited, but bo pian. Now Microsoft gives out free domain names, but take very long to just to confirm you are using it. Not user friendly also.
