Which company to join for a new relief driver

Hello
Got my VL licence and thinking of becoming a relief driver on sat n sun. i am holding an 9-7 office job. reason to become relief is to earn xtra income.
which company shld i choose to become first as a relief driver and later on convert to full TD.
if i join comfort now, can i easily change to other taxi companys.
is it true that Transcab has the best beneifts for TDs.

Joined Comfuk first for experience and then have a feel of bookings and the cashless transactions. Once you have that , you are free to chose whatever operators you want. Also relief have no benefits. Only difference is the commitment to the vehicle. Dats all.

Give and take lah, but TC got one of the fark up maintainence, unless you are like my bro CT whose partime relief is the GM of TC, then, yr cab sure in tip top condition. And if you think you do not like the ah Beng style of managment by TC, can alway try partime beside TC at defu, the chicken killing factory, they also need partimer on weekends. And try to shop at Seng Shiong or giant, dun go NTUC xtra, cos, you end up having to work partime to earn that xtra to pay them

Heard that new tdvl must have 1 yr experience as relief before. Can become hirer.is that trueL -

Please lah, you think newbie ar?? act new only, maybe super lau chiao liao...that is why I use to say, you need to look at many angles before judging a person or problem. You this type go gambling, sure liao one, people tan, you also tan, people look new and blur, you thot can sian and jiak, then later found out, knn, he is one big crook in gambling.

For example, I like to act new inorder to get more info from my ex chief, because he only interested in new one mah...lols Another example, I daydream and go wrong ways, quickly tell pax, I very new, just get my VL yesterday,..sorry sorry..but some paxs will fark me...yesterday just get VL, today drive taxi liao??? wu shadow bo uncle??

Some can be my ex chief, ex CSM and ex Chua chu Kang driver hor...lols, dun alway think people are new...like my ex chief, alway thot he can sian newbies, but some, knn, are spies and old birdies liao...lols. So now he learned his lessons, hopefully, he become more smart

No benefits, but relief can come and go anytime. No commitment to company and vehicle. Less those incentive, hirer can ask u to go anytime and vice versa.
i wonder besides being a relief, good to double as super relief as u can decide to take the job or not, based on the rental rate hirer offers u

That's true, but not yet a laws (rules), however most companies are already practicing it, but also, most companies will give option, if after the course, you sign for them, can straight away be hirer. This way, they can attract more newbie hirer...phuixxx

Jus read the letter tat lta replied to nta, LTA will not interfere with tis issue for the time being.taken from the replied( 8. Correct! LTA is the govt, every taxi companies must pay corporate tax of 20%++ from their EBIT (earning before income tax), so if taxi company this year earn 20 millions, 4 millions goes into LTA (govt) pocket, + those road tax which is a few thousand per diesel cabs per year, so if transcab got 4000 commericalised diesel cabs having to pay 5k road tax per year per cab, you go calculate lor. So now u know why some company's cab go hybrid and CNG. However nowaday taxi companies can alway put their taxation into their cab rental prices, and that is also why you see high rental prices. Then fares went up and consumer(pax) end up having to pay all these intangible taxation (cannot see one) lor. So, who is the main culprit for taxi rental and fare increase...LTA lor, and who control COE prices, LTA lor, and where you get your TDVL from..LTA lor, and for taxi companies to operate, who do they get the licence and who do they pay their corporate tax..LTA lor. So you ask yourself, LTA rather support companies that paid so high a tax to them or a mere bowah who is earn only $30 net per day??
