[ST] CDG starts rewards programme for cashless-paying PAX
ComfortDelGro has joined the likes of coffee joints and supermarkets in offering a rewards scheme for passengers. From Monday, commuters will get "rewards points" for every cashless payment they make on board a ComforDelGro taxi. They may use these to redeem gifts including taxi vouchers and free airport transfers.
The CabRewards Programme is the transport operator's first-ever rewards programme for cashless-paying commuters and aims to encourage more taxi commuters to use cashless payments, which are becoming more popular with both passengers and drivers for their convenience.
Passengers first have to open an account on ComfortDelGro's Cab Rewards website http://cabrewards.cdgtaxi.com.sg. They may then register up to two ez-link cards, which will double as their 'loyalty cards'. All payments by credit cards, Nets, Nets FlashPay, EPin, or non-concession ez-link cards will qualify for rewards points.
Each reward point is equivalent to $1, and cab points are valid till end-January of the following year. Passengers who register from now till May 31 will get 500 free points.

Those bo saving type, very fast will up lorry.....

Need cash type TD, cashless is definitely a no no.....

Got lah, many TDs now got saving, you think like us ar?? earn earn give casino or bak bak ar?? there are only left about 20% drive with a debt, last time, our time was 50%, now you debt free liao mah, so dun alway think of your time, we had past our time liao, today, most cabbies got saving one hor, some even drive for fun only.

So that you won't back log on your rental mah.....
Cashless, 1st charge, call levy, 2nd charge, rental, 3rd charge, accident assess instalment.....
By the time, TD charge, left bone liao.....

Bo lah, sometime cashless also good mah, like some of my honest and well behave TD, they take it as saving, then after few years never touch, wha! can get 10 to 20k leh, and that motivate them to add on,...then after years of driving, when retired, still got some saving money mah

Many lor, because we belong to those gambling, sexing and drinking taxi club, does not represent no people doing it, there are lots of happy TD with family, very discipline in their driving, save and for raining days, never gamble, smoke, drink and go for paid sex or become a cash cow for mistresses. So, dun alway look at ourselves, we are taiko left saliva type... -

still cashless is still the way to go looking forward. imagine you dun have to prepare $10, $5, $2 notes and loose coins. I used to carry a heavy waist pouch during my driving days. Revenue got MDT to calculate and provide a summary. end of the day, dun have to sit in coffeshop to drink beer, smoke and count money :P so wonderful.... only problem is cashless transaction gives problem...due to card issue or whatever. then collect cash lah..I support cashless

sometimes pax give $50 change,so i pretend to be angry.then pax get scared quickly offer to pay by NETS.cos got once a pax gave me $50 change.the fare was $30.80.my maths very poor,i gave him back $29.20!he quickly got down fr cab and run off!i thought he was rushing for time!after i turn out fr the drop off,then only realise i have given him extra $10!i quickly call him cos his was a current booking and i have his no.earlier cos i call him when picking him up.but the mthr fcker alrdy off his phone!i tried contacting him many times,but phone always off!so one advantage of cashless transaction,u won't made mistake of giving him extra change !

Use net better mah, no need so troublesome to change and count, and then those $10 also must rub rub abit, sometime got 2 pieces stick together..
