He love newbies mah, love people call him chief, guru etc and then teach them all the 'patterns', altho he stop at 80% only!

Actually newbies reporting to my former chief is also good, at least can learn the underworld of driving first, like recruits. Then later found out kenna conned but at least experienced gained. And you hv to admit that those who graduated from my former chief recruitment are mostly high end drivers, smart, intelligent and able to differentiate bowah and keepthechange type of people very well

My ex chief and me is 2 different world of people hor.....
He live his life, I live mine, although we might have started driving taxi around the same time lor.....

You and him of course different lah,..he more yandao leh, somemore got many pinoy gfs, you use cannon, he use missile leh. As we age, espeically so in taxi driving trade, most of us would had mastered the way we judge a person to near perfection. From paxs to relief to hirer to any men on the street, by the blink of an eye, we more or less can gather the person characteristic, and that is how my former chief trained his disciples
