Why must I cover my hirer?

U go tell yr hirer...Yo borther, I just want to say thank you for giving me a chance to earn a living. He might said, hello, you got take the wrong medication or not? lols But on the other hands, no harm trying, tho he might get a shock, but I can guarantee you that such words rise a person morale and bonding, he will feel very good to have you, understand you better and also drive more happily

bro not all hirer like tat one hor,i v chin chai type,got one time suddenly my relief went for cataract ops for 2weeks
i didn't collect a cent fm him,just told him to takecare n recover well,there are also gd hirers around leh lol

my 1st n last hirer v nagging character,mid30s chao ahbeng,wen things didnt workout well i wanted to quit,he told me I need to give 1 week notice n drive for a week,he think he's running a company lol
told him beh gum liao simi notice sime must drive one week? lol
sometimes i see him at diesel kiosk,we just smile at each other,one time he even came over to ask me I omo or got relief,the end lol

if he eat u thick thick....u still ask him take care and recover well meh?
anyway, go ops of cos u have to give way lah....u cant ask him pay half rental wat....
last time my hirer go patch tire, $8 also collect $2.50 from me and $2.50 from the other relief....he say he pay $3 leh....

the best hirer i ever know is friend friend never eat oil, always pump until leak out. always come back 1-2hr before handover. even on off day, will let relief drive whole day but only take 1/2 shift rent. relief go off, also never take a cent. best somemore, if relief got problem, can shareshare costs..like puncture or replace tyre. sometime even free. wah piang. like that is simi? spoil market or luggi??

Later half of next year, LTA will come in and settle hirer and relief issues so as to facilitate better partnership, because somehow, taxi uncles all cannot partner each other

he just sharing cost, just like season parking

i find it damm yao n calculative leh,this type of thing can auto do one,puncture during whose shift just pay,case close,tats wat i n my reliefs practise
i hv a habit of checking my tyres everyday b4 starting my shift
few times encounter nails,i just inform my relief abt it n next day he will put $$ for the repair,sometimes i don't even take,ask him to keep,next time anything he pay lor
for season parking we share using the incentive cash
