New driver, 2 weeks OMO want to return veh already.
family KPKB he spend too much time OTR to make that $200+ each day
driver also quite shagged out
the relief responses he got are mostly wants part time Fri and Sat evening.
he also rejects a few enquires fr other ethnic drivers, as he feels they are hard to deal with..
My last hirer no holding period leh.
New TD in his early 30s. No contract and just return taxi without any issue last month.

He was relief for a while. Now as hirer, cost higher, more time needed to achieve same amount he hit while bring relief

Got lah, some drive to do insurance, some for property, some for sales like investment, banking, etc etc..117 rental per day is nothing to them, somemore cheap diesel. Drive half morning shift can liao, to rent a 2.3 turbo'ed engine car today can cost you $2000 ++ per month.
If family environment don't permit you to drive OMO, than don't kay kian lor.....
No matter what, as an OMO, time spent on the road sure longer than relief 1.....
Unless you jiak ba buy pau type.....

As an OMOes, must really know how to 拿得起，放得下......
Create a fix pattern of driving (I always stress on this), than you can fine tune between driving and family bonding.....
