Taxi Driver can choose other company to work with if they don't like the price and model transcab is offering.
Except for the fact all taxi companies only have expensive taxis for them to drive. LOL
And taxi drivers have no choice. They will still take whatever is pushed to them.

Rental high or low already don't play a part....

SMART partly fail on recruiting new TD, because they lack of introducing new model of taxi...

launching of new taxi at a higher rental is a strategy
everytime a new launch with higher rental, will make the previous model looks cheap
when you see CDG new i40 rental, does it make sonata at $11x looks cheap
when you see TC new renault rental, does it make epica at $12x looks cheap
when you see new merc at $17x, does it make the one at $15x looks.......cheap
all these "cheap" rental, is it really cheap
It does make TD think, if they still don't take..... the rental will goes even higher
