If CDG taxi can go to Sin Ming customer service get. But must give them taxi number or trip details so can track by satellite. Btw worth the trouble?

u mean taxi receipt?just log in ur account,see which trip u do and print out.

Ah Fu, TS is a pax, no TD, and from the way he or she post, not a local, local dun go bother about all this, forget, forget lor. Just write in to the company, if cannot, appeal, if cannot again, then cannot lor, then learn a lesson lor. $20 for a lesson, not bad lah -

Actually its not impossible if you took a comfort or citycab taxi. From what I've been advised, you dont even need to go down to Sin Ming HQ.
Call the customer service hotline (not the dial a cab one, go find the number from their website). If you have the taxi number better still, if not describe the journey's starting and ending points and date/time.
They will be able to email you the trip details and amount (receipt). Although it'll be in the form of an A4 print-out. Alternatively you can email them with the same details and await the reply.

Nowadays with new technology, nothing is impossible....
Even complaint without proof also can masuk just simply by 1 phone call....

How to sell receipt?....
As far as I have known, CDG already stop using manual receipt, most company also don't recognize hand written receipt....
Important detail is all stated in printed receipt, cannot fake 1.....

CDG no longer issue manual receipt. SMRT I think still have. Transcab ... not sure -
TD is a businessman right, you can issue your own receipt mah, like Bowah Pte Ltd receipt, received .................on this date...................time....................sign...........
Popular bookshop and NTUC extra got sell mah
then pass it to pax, how the pax go and claim is not my problem.
