Many come in Sg, thought that the hotel they going to stay is 6 star hotel, knn, especially Little India, recent years si beh many budget hotel erected....
Some going to backpacker lodge also expect you to know the exact location....

If inside taxi queue take up pax that go places that you not sure, what do you actually do? If continue stay inside queue check directory or further chat with pax about location seems like blocking the queue.

Depend on situation, like the Lu Lu Hotel case, once the Pax told me Chinatown �人街， I Fast hand fast leg move out and heading to Chinatown, and reached that area then find out more detail.
And the Hotel Lima Batu case is in HDB area, so I park my cab at a "safe" road side and find out more.

I always move off first. When stop at traffic light, take out iphone check google map...

And please when seeing google maps, watch out for the traffic, eveyday we got minor knocks and hit just because of smart phone..pax complain driver eyes on Ipad

Sad to say that, once you are in taxi queue or any other queue like airport...
You must be ready to handle all kind of destination and situation....
Nowadays, new drivers just take this very lightly....
If you don't know certain area well, don't gong gong go inside the taxi queue, for example, you not familiar with Tuas area, don't go and queue at Jurong Point la....

For mobile phone offences, 3 conditions must be present:
