If everyday, your target is x amount....
Than the rental paid will determine your ultimate profit....
There's no such thing as drive another trip more or extend another hour more, all this are bull shit excuse....

driving another hour more or another trip more in long run, become a habit, and then not long you find yourself driving another 2 hrs more and another 3 trips more..therefore, for TD, enuf is enuf, times up, like all other working class, go home, fark or sleep or PCC or playgame is up to you, but please go home, dun worry, there will be a next day.

So, what is impossible?? in the context of singapore, I am not surprise that in 2 years time, it will be $200++ and still got taken and some jokers asking for it.
Let be frank, for the pass 10 years, Taxi trade had moved more than what it had done in the previous 30 to 40 years. This show you a fast pace situation Singapore is having, and it is still moving at that speed and faster. Even cars are now travelling at speed that can be hell in the 90s and 80s, such are the changes that one have to adapt and evolve.
That is why it is essential as I had alway remarked, if can, throw key and get a job that can upgrade you, accept changes, face changes as part of your life, because TD is like it or not, a vocation for the oldies like me and some other here. It is a stagnation trade, higher fares equal higher rental, a zero sum game between paxs and the taxi companies, TD get nothing, same return, same steering, same kind of paxs, and same fish soup at cambridge road.
So much so that we wish the young Singapore from the XYZ group to join in before foreigners or new citizens come into the picture, but to be fair to them, it is a full stop career, and in time to come, others moved on, and we still holding the steering. Unless Ah gong got some fortune left for you, TD will go down the pecking order of the society norm. With no way out for most, some turn to doing funny monkey business like my former chief. That is a fact.
Don't need 2 years...... Next year SMRT Merc rental @ $185 to $190 before GST. Just went to ask 2 month ago.

No lah, MRT is make to remove all those cheapos pax which I like to take, and even if next year mrt is running, at least it get 3 years of breakdown problem, once breakdown, huat liao
