Cabby keeps jamming brakes

STOMPer Jason says a cabby whose taxi he had boarded at Yishun kept jamming on the brakes whenever they approached a traffic light. He then realised the latter was watching a movie on his phone.
Jason had first heard sounds coming from the dashboard, which sparked his curiosity.
Said the STOMPer:
"I boarded a cab along Yishun and was picked up by taxi number SHA 3807 U.
"During the ride, the driver had the habit of jamming his brakes when approaching the traffic lights.
"At first I thought this was his habit, but later I heard some talking sound coming from the dashboard. So I followed the sound to find out more.
"To my surprise, I realised that he had placed his smart phone at the speedometer in front of him.
"He had been watching movies with his smart phone while driving."Knn, what show that can make the TD keep watching?...
