Common timing for day driving at city outskirts are like 1000-1100hrs and 1300-1400hrs
very much depends on where u actually are and some luck needed as u can't be sure of your next pax whereabouts
U are right. Driving empty for more than 15mins better go coffee break or toilet break. Refresh up and try again elsewhere. Some times u just need to get out of one area to another than to keep circling around
night driving, it slows down after 2330hrs generally ...

Since u noted the timming, then rest or sleep during these timimg, then other times, you got energy mah. You already know all these slack timming, still go cruise for fark? Just park one side or Q at some hotel also good mah. Like me, these time use to Q at city hotel, most bell guys know me one hor, from jacky at fairmont to singh at raffles hor, no crown can Q at Raffles one hor, except me, for toilet break only. -
