Those of u OMO, how u maintain alertness for long hours driving?
i start from early am, by 1700hrs sometimes already 'blur' already.
(1 hr break, less those toilet, or tea break)
For night driving,
Need to pump Caffine to last a few hours of night driving.
every day like that, like no time for other things already.. Too tired for sexercise too

So you haven't found a suitable driving pattern as an OMOes....
Anyway, there's no solution for long hours of driving....
Fatigue, tireness, shack, whatever we can name it is very common....
Endurance is the key word, that's why I mention before, must know how to go home....
When you know how to go home, than it will cut down the level of endurance, because there's something for you to look forward mah....

I don't think so. Can't just ply during am and evening peak hours as night driving gets lesser pax as it gets later into the night. Income not good enough
need to rest so can ply morning peak...

I don't encourage "split shift" driving ever since peak hour extend to midnight....
But I know many of my peers did that....
Of course if you have that kind of stamina, why not?....
I prefer to start work early (early departure), drive drive drive(nobody can disturb me including my wife unless emergency) until my knock off hour which is around 6-7pm, than call it a day.....
Is it tedious? is kan si lang tedious, but every jobs is the same mah, working hour mean working hour lor....

If you read some of my previous post (of course different nicks), everyday a must for me to break at 10am unless got jobs....
After this morning break, no more break until I finish my work....
I make a point to start as early as 5-6am, usually advance booking, limo job, regardless of location as long is a departure jobs....
Exercising do it during weekend lor, but sometime weather very hot, will go for a swim, I always standby swimming gear in my taxi.....
There's so many public pools in Sg, have a good swim of 1 hour will refresh ourself....

peak hour got surcharge doesnt mean u will earn more....
easier to get pax, but the jams will kill u. so i always see the 25% surcharge as compensation. not really something extra.
evening peak 5-7pm also blardy jam time. surcharge again compensates the jam lor.
8-10pm, is when the peak surcharge is truly rewarding....smoother traffic and still can find pax.
end of the day, non-peak may earn more if got connections and traffic is smooth.

Actually sex is also good, it help both in physical and mental alertness and evade all stress. Under the kamasutra, Sex is consider a universal exercise, from cycling to swimming to hip, belly and buttock thrusting and so on. It is an all rounder.
But of cos too much sex is no good, and for that matter, anything too much is also no good, keep going swimming also is no good due to chloride leading to skin problem, bald head and also water entering ear, nose and mouth in a long run can create sinustatis.
Badminton is good, but too much can lead to knee and neck problem, so are jogging and many other sports and games. Remember what I said, seek the middle way
