Okay guys, lets restart things properly. After tonight Monday kopi session and communications with Chief and RSM, I accept the deployment to handle the situation here.
1st you guys must admit that our chief never harm you guys but it was the other ways around. You guys call him names accuse him of many things which he never do, instead he always treat you guys fairly in the forums but you guys climb his head and he as the chief had to take actions which may be hard but was done fairly no show favours. Anyway no need talk so much about that okay? We talk about here. Recently our members have volunteered here to help finf new tds and other tds who need our chief help but dont know where to find him. So they come, but instead of leaving them alone you guys all attack them and insult them and our chief and RSM. But okay lets forget about this also. We decided to move on and forgive you guys anyway, like the member said chief has very kind heart always forgiving tds. Now I will handle the issues. RSM said forget about you guys like bowah, OT, JR and Rbs, just focus on the others who are willing to learn tdriving. So let us proceed this way. I know the forum owner here is a bit crazy and sensitive, she just cannot accpet our chief was a good moderator and has a grudge, but I ask her also, I am here to handle things, you give me face, I tell the boys to behave also. You dont want to accept this fair offer and even ban me then if they come and attack you or the bad apples, its your fault for not taking this chance.

But my training itself took nearly 1 year before I could actually join my unit.
And after that?
Within half a year must start looking for new NSF to start training to take over me.

I might be from where I am coming from, my training take me 6 months, the next 1.5years, jiak ba yo lan pa,
and that is when I go take driving and motor licence, but of course mine time is 2.5 years, to do one exercise, we hv to standby for a week...
SAF must be productive, if some do not need to serve so long, better to plough them back to the economy or study so as to serve the society better, and also for themselves.
