Very lucky liao, those who worked in Army MT line before can tell you how tyre burst, my time, got a someone died due to tyre burst, my former chief is a army driver, he knows best about tyre.

Oh, he is also yr sifu mah.

The way I look at it, from my experience, this is a rear tyre, maybe you go airport too often and alway kenna large and heavy bags + CNG tank..lols

But seriously, in technical aspect, because most Taxis are not 4 wheel drive, rear being stagnate whereas front is the one turning, when we move and turn, the rears tyre is straight, the friction on the ground + the pressure of compensation lead to burst more often than the front one.

And some TC taxi driver can cup the curve from ECP into rocher with one finger, image the rear tyres having to compensate back the force of equilibrium. And that is also why some people put strut bars on their vehicle for better stablisation. As for air, if you can afford, put nitrogen gas, very good and lasting.

You can ask my gf at TC to come out with 4 wheels drive cab, that will be good.
