One Indian man try to take my friend's cab at bus stop outside airport to changi business park, tell him he's not paying $3 surcharge, my friend invite him to get down
any place before turn off to PIE/TPE, is a airport surcharge area

Depends lar, if he is a FT , then he is really a cheapo pax.
Better take bus if wanna save money.
If he is foreign worker, $3 to him is not a small amount.

I got once pick up a local Chinese pax,that time not sure whether got surcharge,he insist don,t have,so i lan lan take him.but after trip he ask for receipt,coy pay also cheapo!

Yalor, last time I pick because got tiger air stewardess, mostly nice malay chio bu..and also mostly go woodland and yishun, they dun even bother if you charge them $3 or $5. Moreover, can alway make my taxis full of chanel perfume smell for free.Now those ah nehs FT there pick for fark,??

I got once saw an indian FT with bags waving for taxis at the end of T2 departure hall downward slope, nabey, so dangerous, knn, call themselve FT, where to wait for taxis also dunno...WTF??? very no safety, cb terminal security sleeping..but not to blame them, also FTs operating our airports.

Knn, many time I see 1 pax wave at the last bus stop closer to SATS building, at least 3-4 taxi brake and wanted to cut here, cut there just to snatch that pax...
Got 1 time, even see 3 taxi stop in 1 single line just for 1 pax....

If u know got airport surcharge,just apply it,if pax refuse,then he can get down fr taxi after paying fare with surcharge or else threaten to call police or coy.

but pick pax at departure, is definately wrong, esp the place sure have cameras, or cisco guards

This one must have skill one..pax want to come into your taxi can be truly blur king or that the Taxis stand is full of paxs but bo taxis, and wardens raise kok ki asking for help liao.What you can do is tell the pax to approach any cisco warden there, be it road marshals or just stand there do nothing, easy going malaysian wardens'. Teach the pax to tell them that he or she forget to bring passport.
