Levy? knn, throw to CDG la, $0.30/$0.40 cents nia, must teach those pax the important of punctuality...
And hor, once you on/off meter, operators will not call you up for questioning hor...
Once they collected money, smlj also can, they will take the blame and dispatch another cab for that cb pax....

For me, I key in as discount.
Nope..I tell the pax will take $2 or $3 off..the 30 cents or so is CDG take..
I won't pay CDG more than what they deserve.
Same for CC payment. I alway remind pax that there is a 10% surcharge, if he / she got net or whatever, better to pay that way. Unless Mastercard..then can get 10% rebate if use paypass.
I also tell pax the 10% is not for the TD but for the coy...a lot of them express surprise..they thought the driver get 10% extra for CC payment because the money will only go into their acc after a few days.

Also a bit malu..doing staffs training..the staffs got more experiences to pass me than I to them lor...so I diam diam and read from notes; listen and learn frm them..

Back then this cert is a basic requirement to be a trainer or facilitator,can practice at pte learning centres,companies,factories,big construction/oil petrochemical projects etc,now I think more advance liao,need to upgrade to diploma/degree or more if iam not wrong

If "pax" dun like you, they can complain. You will get replaced.
