They say, nowadays CDG won't hesitate to lock your MDT...
ie, owe rental, bad attitude...etc
If want to stay long in CDG(of course got other companies to go), just do what deem right lor...

Most of them are old cdg driver, get removed, went to other Taxis companies, then after a while, come back to cdg, then stay to play with cdg again..it goes on and on.
If cdg think that they can get all the guai guai good Taxi drivers in Singapore, they must be dreaming, but that was their objectives. And when they come to the crunch of less hirer, they do not mind take back those who had driven for them before, just abit older liao.

Yesterday tcss with those kakis, they did tell me a lot of nonsense conduct by CDG recently...
But all not so critical, just adjust our mental a bit can overcome liao...
Only 1 thing cannot, RENTAL, got 1 case, owe 5 days rental, credit control told him to pay up 3 days, or else will locked his MDT, so bo pian, borrow here and there than go Sin Ming settle the 3 days...

Cdg are audit by PCCW, you cannot simply said, haven't collect rental money, so have to wait, PCCW will tell you go fly kite, audit fail, please call for general shareholders meeting to declare audit unsucessful, and not long, CEO will be change, accountants will be change and maybe even me also changed.
Therefore, there is a reason behind every strict rules put forth by Cdg, and the management need to ensure that every cabbies walk on this discipline line, if not off you go, because like or not, the Q to be cdg drivers is long, less you, is not going to make the company flip even as single bit, but with you around, it can be worst
So, you must know what are you joining and driving for, dun just blur blur drive cdg and expect TC kind of ah lian discipline, if you got ah send discipline than, TC is fine with you, and even that TC also got it limit in discipline.
