Last week, i just reported one driving the WISH.
The TD rejected me to Woodlands Checkpoint.

Well, there are about 28,000 cabs and a million potential paxs, to meet him is like striking 1st prize in 4D...lols
But then, you are right, once on top put for hire, TD should not interview, but somehow, some paxs like to interview TD, I use to pick pax who interview me instead, maybe kenna too much reject by other TDs liao..hehehe

I despised those TDs who interview passengers, beside me many ppl despised them too.
That's why many TDs gana screwed, and they are well deserved.
