For me, I define those trying to get one on the street when its peak period, worse still when it rains
Early am can commonly see many trying their luck inside (eg) Tg Rhu.

Sometimes raining hard to get taxi. Certain place like PG and SK or BP also difficult to call.

Most time, they can't even get taxi by calling...
So bo pian, got to wait at the main road and call at the same time lor...
Than got demand, sure got supply 1 mah, some TD choose not to take call 1 will zoom in to pick mah...
We call those TD as "taiko"...

there are no cheapskate passenger, there are only cheap Taxi Fare.
cheapo behavior are those who choose a crown and avoid a sonata because the difference is $0.20.
cheapo behavior are those with lots of luggage and hire a wish instead of a maxi cab.
but still, i don't, never like to call my customer cheapskate.
because, cheapskate customer will patronise cheapskate business operator

I define pax as cheapsake only if they see us, TD as cheapsake.
I mean I can get a call just ahead, together with peak and surcharge, but end up with a pax with a air of arrogance or atas FT kind of personality, and like to give insulting remarks like, "you TD must know the route and road, please dun ask me." I will consider that as cheapskate, cheaper than those on the street anytime.

yah i also hate those paxs,ask them which route to take.they insult u by telling u,u should know which route to take or else don.t be a taxi driver!what the fcuk was that for!if paxs say like that they deserve to be whacked by some gangster TD! -
