Our body's 12 meridians and 12 ribs have the same flows which enable our

NO lah, back pain is more of nerve stiffening, the backbone is still OK, not so easy to get injure, what happen here is due to our nature nervy system, nerve will react when pressure is exerted on certain place that was not utlitlised for a period,
like now, if you execise after a long period of idling, your nerve will suddenly wake up, the objective of stiffening it up is to protect the bones structure and organs, but this led to pain for you to stretch it, so action like bending and twisting will be pain

Try not to do stretching on the initial stage of stepping out of yr taxis, walk awhile, or do a light jog, or go toilet first, after about 5 to 10 minutes, then do the stretching.
