I thought pax who have high frequency of "no show", their number will be black listed..
Of course they can use other number to dial also, but how many lines individual can have?..
I'm a good pax, beside raining days, most time will get my taxi regardless of timing..
Nowadays, after confirmation of taxi number, the voicemail will warn the callers, "do not cancel the booking, your taxi is on the way"..

most of these calls r autobooking fr handphones.1 time took a call fr 1 ang moh,he gave wrong tel. no.so i call these no. to confirm,but the poor Chinese old lady don,t even can speak english,let alone make bkgs!

auto booking, road side, taxis stand and bus stop can end up with no show, why go take?? limpeh once gong gong took a auto booking, then no show, then i call back operator, operator said "this one not company problem, this one is auto, you and the auto pax problem, but knn, levy they take??"

Hello, "auto booking" meaning, pax listening to voice mail, follow instruction and confirm a cab...
So how can the telephone number different from MDT shown?..
If pax call through operator, unless company caller ID display spoilt, arbo how to show wrong number?..
Operators won't ask for phone number from pax, if oversea number, MDT will just show name only...
I'm talking only about CDG...
autobooking i mean those using apps fr smart phones like iphone,andrioid type.if u take calls fr these type u will sooner or later find out about some of these no show calls!

Sure, but auto booking is made by the pax, not the operator, that is where the loophole of multiple call arrived... cdg only provide the software for pax to book directly to cabby. Therefore, operator are not in view of it, and careless if got show or no show.
I didn't know until one day kenna 2 auto booking with no show, then call operator to tell them why calls to me are no show leh? then they explain, Uncle, cool down, auto is not their concern, it is done by software programmed, then I asked, knn, like this why deduct 30 cts levy for auto call, then operator said, uncle, software also need to maintain, upgrade and pay computer engineer one leh. Then I said, knn, tell those farking enginneer or near engine people that they produced a fark up software, it allow multiple booking..how can??
Then the operator said,..uncle, I from cebu, pinoy, workpermit, how to know so much, then i hang up lor

Recently just by reading forums also will know what's happening on actual ground..
Bro Foolish say, pax given wrong phone number which is not possible..
Whatever phone number show in our MDT, should be the number pax use to dial a cab, either by voicemail, operators or apps...
Like you had mentioned, the software programme was so "intelligent" that they are able to accept "multiple" calling...
like this case, the only way is Kan cheng hu lor, fark the govt...is the best release of stress, anger and pastime for Singaporeans..lols

It is not that taxi company cannot stop this loophole, they can alway change the soft ware to take only one nos of that same destination once, and to auto book again with the same phone and location, you need to cancel by informing the driver or the customer service again. Otherwise, you cannot book any cab for the day?
And as for operator, only one booking per same phone nos and location.
But of course, today people got so many phones, can use this or that, gf or bf one also can, but the location can be difficult to change.
Why company dun do it, because customer is a customer, you cannot punish or set rule to a customer, like you go eat, dun tell me the restuarant said, you can only order one time, after that cannot order again or that you can sit here for an hour only, after that, please leave and so on. So, taxi companies knows their limitation and they also do not wish to end up, nobody calling their taxis which is equal to no levy?

Only got once, this TD put me aeroplane(never turn up for current booking), knn current booking don't play play hor, 3-10min, cannot make it, better call operators to inform, don't hide 1 corner and press no-show hor..
I good customer, don't play punk with me hor...
