Kensington Park Condo

  DUnno if any bro here has taken a call there before. Thought would be good to share. This condo has 2 entrance: one at Kensington Park Dr(Serangoon Gardens) and the other at Serangoon North Ave 1.  The entrance at KPD is only for residents. Guards will not allow taxis in. We must enter via Serangoon North Ave 1. So do take note to avoid making a big round.

  Usually will hit the call inside Serangoon Garden Estate..

  Very big loop to reach their main gate at Serangoon North Ave 1..

  this morning i also took one call at tampines st 21,address advice td to in by tmp av 2,but when i try that can't find the blk!then i advice pax to change the details so next time other td won't get lost.but pax say none of her business.very funny i don't know who suffers if no cab want to take her call!

  that place is very leh ceh for first timers, including yours truly. now when i kena delivery to that place, i will always go to the serangoon north ave 1 exit.

  This is what I call a solid good taxi posting, in it, great info and knowledge to learn and yet seek view from others. We should have more of such sharing info posting instead of those silly nonsensical gay and guy posting.

  So, we should encourage such posting of sharing and learning.

  i know some parts of tampines, esp along ave 7 doing the mrt construction, some roads are closed and diverted right?

  I think during my class, this was highlighted by some trainers, as well as the entry and exit point for MidView City @ Sin Ming and SLF building..

  use different exit from the place u enter, u pay the imposed parking fee

  tampines st 24 closed, can't access from ave 7 but can access from st 21

  it should be those blocks after ave 2 petrol kiosk. pax is kind enough to tell u to enter by ave 2.
