Dun take call is best.
Now taxi app can track your location.....put 7mins arrive, spend 2 mins go pee but reach in time, still kena from pax...why your taxi stop for a while? If you no stop, you would have reach earlier...ang moh like to do that.

then they wont call more than one....and no show also nvm.

Just ignore them, as long as u are punctual
its always like this, u are late, some will expect discount or not pay booking fee, esp adv booking.
