mentor pool, just to ask you regarding refilling of cng. when you refill cng at the cng pump, at the same time can you refill your petrol on the same spot location or you have to go to a designate petrol pump at the cng station to fill petrol?
Originally posted by Poolman:Diesel per litre is $0.88 .
CNG also can be calculated by litre , a conversion , as in $1.42/kg = $1.02 per litre
are you converting by the energy content?

Petrol u can go any petrol kiosk , i go CCK la , the nearest to my home . The one near Lot-1 .
Some offers diff discount , but i dun care la .... just top and fuck off , dun want those trouble , just a few cents diff , charge here charge there .
My hirer are with SPC , using POSB MasterCard , he gets 12% ie , 6% + 6%
Officially it's 15th August the Grand Opening of Toh Tuck CNG Centre .
Instead of 15th August , they had already started doing business today , 24hrs .
I just filled up my vehicle's CNG there ...
I love the lightings , not too bright , just nice , very comfortable feeling .
They also like Shell , got 7-11 stores , and a cafe for cabbies to have a drink or things like that .
Quite a State-of-the-art modern CNG refill stations .
Maybe in near future , they will have ATM as well ... not now though .
Also have a car wash berth , but not operating leh ...
If got auto car wash , that will be good !!!
But Auto car wash in S'pore like obsolete liao , all hand-wash now !!
Price @ $1.21 per kg , and convenient .
Not bad , I am happy with the facility overall .
congrats to all cng drivers! thumbs up,although i not using cng but will go look see look see one of these days
To all CNG drivers ...
It's best not to off ur engine until u totally stop your work .
Everytime u start your engine , i calculator , will cost you $0.50 .
Let the CNg engine run all the way ...

bro pool...u mean when u go makan break also? what abt when topping up petrol or cng?

Actually when you start your engine, it use petrol for about 20 sec, or 30 sec or 1 minute and then it switch to Cng. This because most of this cng car are retrofitted and not original factory design and produce cng car.
Some earlier batch retrofitted cng car has problem and it need to modified to run a blend of cng and petrol. Ridiculous right? fly kite....
However i think Transcab Toyota Wish should be okay as it come from Borneo Motor even though it is retrofitted.
The initial start up of petrol is a must. So poolie is correct, the more you stop your engine and start your engine, definitely it is going to use more petrol..... Up to your habit...

ok, noted
C-nergy station , known as for the Toh Tuck Link Station , has changed their CNG prices to $1.28 per kg .
From $1.12 .
But TransCab drivers will have 8% discount . Only for TransCab drivers .
The 7-11 also power. Small dining table and chairs for customers to have a short break.
although got food and drinks , but not coffee shop prices .... we cabbies still like those aroma coffee from the coffee shop , not from the kisok .
Just visited the station to top-up this morning.
Official address is at 50 Old Toh Tuck Road.
Price is now $1.28 per kg (introductory price).
Not a bad station. There is an Ah Mei Roti Kaya shop inside.
