this exit is good for those at sengkang... KPE tamp exit also should be less jam now.... benefit me too... shiok...

highway king monitoring very tight, then can chiong new exit liao.

but KPE exit are all not full junctions i.e. not from all direction can go to all other directions... like from TPE into KPE, you can't exit buangkok drive exit and go to sengkang.... only opp direction can.... KPE more catered to northeast to town and town to northeast.... But still a very useful alternative to CTE.... and most importantly never ever jam before in evening peak... morning peak i dont know.... must ask kin or KCTK...

no jam bcoz speed limited to 70km/h, youngter don like to travel there, let us taxi uncle eat wind inside, thank Bros ALN 4 ur info. But still very blur, let Pax suggest to go by KPE.

vee, suntec to ponggol 20min max during evening peak if u take CTE or worse serangoon.... wau lan eh liao....40min or more...

if i ask pax take PIE or AYE-ECP, and pax says up to me, me confirm 100% whack AYE-ECP.... cos less chance of jam or heavy traffic and mostly 90km/h all the way... PIE cos some stretch is 70km/h or 80km/h... Same thing, if can choose btw SLE-TPE or PIE, always take SLE-TPE...

KPE...morning peak...many many and plenty, now many are heading toward the tunnel.
CTE...morning peak...less very good, this is what we called expressway, you know what i mean?easy 80-90kmh very smooth flow, you pay ERP for what you want money value.

kin, u mean KPE morning peak got jam? KPE evening peak at most heavy but traveling speed never less than 70km/h so far

Still no use, on one hand they clear some traffic, the other hand - they build more in punggol & sengkang - thus - what is diverted away will soon jam again !!!

yday wanted to try this entrance/exit but GPS no have KPE yet....... hahaha..... so din manage to find it.......

KPE is really fast but the bad point is that it ends up in the middle of no where literally. not in town not out of town.
even if u take nicoll highway to enter town u still need to do an U-turn
it still gives me a 3rd option into town but wait till the ERP gantries start. hohohoho

wah at the top of the viaduct got lta person with reflective vest but digicam on tripod.

speed limit 50 on slip road. frm hougang i want to go TPE back to tamp.. the viaduct so high!!!!!! go up speed decrease to 35km/h riaos! -
use ave 3 then kaki bukit flyover much faster.
well depends on where u are in hougang and going to in tampines, i always use that way when going to SO's house.
cant wait for bartley road east to open. hohoho i can go to tenpenis to holland v without any traffic light well, at the most 2. =D

You just see very soon there will be more ERP gantries from Sengkang and Punggol exit to KPE for sure. CTE you pay ERP,,,some paxs say no ERP better use KPE... just how long? can they tahan by not collecting.

KPE unlikely to have ERP lah.... if no jam, how to justify ERP? In fact govt worried that KPE is under used.

i from park villas rise. go by poh huat > upp sgoon rd > tampines rd > KPE > TPE > Tampines Ave 12/9/7/4 > Home at St 21.
bartley viaduct open... i can use that to lornie.. enter PIE at lornie and continue to NTU. avoid ERP! -

if they worried, they shud increase speed limit. more people will use PER hour mah.

wait and see. wait until everyone is used to using KPE. then u will have ERP.
If cannot justify ERP, then how to justify all the gantries that are built?

had a chance to try this exit when i was going home from ECP
but we missed it........... AHHAHAHAHAHA -
u going where? if you going sengkang rivervale area or pongol plaza area then must take that exit next time.... save a lot of distance compared to TPE exit
