Hmm too bad they wont allowed DD to enter if not we will see VO3X plying 170 routes..

the ads on 786/789/795 are still on? or remove already? the ad on 2752/2761 seem to be different version of Maybank ad. will have to compare....

I believe it might be due to height restrictions as well as other constraints by the JB side.If not LAs and/or VO2x might have been deployed on 170 in the 90s...

The Striders have a shorter lifespan left compared to the DM3500s. So no point deploying them on 160/170 and then after 3-4 years time another massive redeployment. -

I dun think it is height restrictions? there are many DD coaches going to malaysia (although they might not be 4.4m high).... TS8 also got the double decker coach right?

The DDs might have been better utlilised to ease the several SG high demand services perhaps, probably that is why DDs weren't deployed to 160/170. -

think malaysia dont really welcome DDs..

and also, DDs means the customs or drivers have to spend more time checking each bus -

high demand that if DDs are full fleet deployed for the two services, i think the rest of Singapore's high demand services could be crippled lol
