It's best not to conclude with any assumptions since nobody knew what exactly happened.though i did saw a photo by another bus enthu indicating that the EDS was corrupted/spoilt and was unable to display any route details.

So they just continued to use the programmed EDS before removed, they never re-programme new service number in. Sad to see it was removed as it was a unique DM3500. Hope the final reason to have it removed was bcos it's gonna be JB-regged.Cheers.

Yeah i think its a requirement.Take the JB MK3s one day if u have time and u will find out yrself.But not all seats have them. -
